Soulwork – the key to understanding emotions

Working with the soul (in translation soulwork ) includes various methods and tools that help a person to explore their desires and needs, to find resources within themselves to achieve harmonious and inspiring relationships, achieve their goals, and be satisfied and happy

It is not said in vain that only a woman knows how to talk to a woman. Our (dear) partners understand us, but we are different – which it is. Women’s society, conversation, support and understanding are invaluable …

Very often I hear the comment “you are oversensitive”, “you take it too personally”, “it doesn’t have to be all so dramatic or emotional” and I always wonder what’s wrong with me ?! True, sometimes from a bunch of emotions I don’t see the main problem, but that’s me! For a long time I thought that my emotions were an obstacle, which occur at an inconvenient time, God forbid some tears that slide when they shouldn’t … I believed so until I met soulwork .

Working with the soul (in translation soulwork ) includes various methods and tools that help a person to explore their desires and needs, to find resources within themselves to achieve harmonious and inspiring relationships, achieve their goals, and be satisfied and happy.

Along the way, emotions are one of the indicators, which, without error, indicates whether we are going in the right direction. A healthy person explores their emotions, behaviors and beliefs, knows what they want, how they feel and why they feel that way. Ignoring, not acknowledging, or procrastinating diminishes our health and satisfaction, so a healthy person handles their emotional baggage quickly, efficiently, and doesn’t leave situations unresolved for too long by sabotaging that way, or hurting other members of their family.

We often protect ourselves from emotions with which we do not know what and how, and we can store them in a very fine, wise and imperceptible way. Being emotionally mature means that we can deal with difficult (uncomfortable) emotions, internal conflicts, and unsupportive habits.

Every day I meet people who have various back problems (and many studies indicate that in the back area, among other things, we “collect” unresolved, uncomfortable emotions of fear, guilt, worry, resentment), so the question is what are we doing wrong or maybe not doing? It is especially worrying that all younger people with the same problems appear: muscle stiffness, sore neck, migraines … Massage is certainly one of the ways to alleviate such symptoms, but for complete recovery you need to deal with yourself.

Essential oils that will help are geranium (opens emotions, strengthens creative solutions to emotional problems), dishes (releases emotions, stimulates their expression but also gives a sense of security), medicinal sage (stimulates expression in all forms, gives clarity), fennel (helps in letting go of old relationships, things and beliefs). Use in aroma lamps, meditate with them, inhale …

“Don’t look at someone else’s threshold, but clean up in front of your own first,” is a saying that comes to the fore here because when we set out to explore and compose ourselves, we usually don’t have time to observe what and how others are doing. Working on ourselves is demanding, but it is the right way to become aware of our true desires and needs, create a development plan and achieve our goals.

A healthy adult loves himself, feels useful, develops his qualities and abilities and this is also the greatest legacy he can give to his children. Our changing and resolving things can provoke a reaction from other housemates which can be another reason to avoid scratching ourselves. However, the result and the reward are invaluable, so arm yourself with dear female company, take some time for yourself and go …
